Florida University, working with partner CDW-G, needed a better way to manage its online student enrollment outreach. With Acqueon LCM, Florida University automated outbound follow-ups to prospective students, assigned counselors in real time, and tracked 85+ call outcomes such as missing documents or incomplete FAFSA records.
