The changes gave Towergate more than a million opted-in contacts, cut campaign creation time by up to 66% (from three weeks to about one), delivered a 35% open rate and a doubled click-through rate for a 130,000-recipient campaign, and generated roughly 15% more campaign revenue year-on-year — while also improving deliverability and saving marketing hours.
