SportPursuit, an online retailer of sporting goods and outdoor brands in the UK and across Europe, needed a way to keep up with frequent daily email sends while staying highly relevant to a savvy customer base. The challenge was delivering timely offers and personalized content at scale without relying on manual processes, while maintaining strong engagement and retention. Acoustic Campaign was used to support these goals.
Using Acoustic Campaign, SportPursuit built automated, highly targeted campaigns powered by behavioral data, relation tables, child relation tables, machine learning models, and A/B testing. The result was 45 million emails delivered per month across more than 150 campaigns, built and sent by just three people, with 85% of revenue coming from email subscribers and sales up 50% in 2020.
