Cuisinart reaches 99% email deliverability through rigorous, three-step approach

Cuisinart, the culinary appliances and cookware brand, was seeing a steep decline in email deliverability as messages were blocked, bounced, or sent from a blacklisted IP. The company turned to Acoustic Campaign and its digital agency partner Whereoware to diagnose the issue and rebuild its email program.

Acoustic and Whereoware implemented a three-step fix: analyzing email content, database health, and domain reputation; cleansing and restructuring subscriber data; and creating a preference center, double opt-in, and master email template in Acoustic Campaign. As a result, Cuisinart’s email deliverability rose to 99%, open rates increased 24%, click-through rates improved 6%, and year-over-year website sessions from email grew 193%.
