Leading Diagnostics and Pharmaceuticals Provider, a Swiss-based global company, needed a faster way to access valuable information locked inside more than 8,000 scanned customer contracts. Sales staff struggled with time-consuming manual searches for contract metadata, making it difficult to quickly answer ad hoc queries and keep information accessible within their own IT environment.

Acodis implemented an intelligent document processing solution using OCR, machine learning-based classification, and data extraction to identify around 2,000 relevant contracts and extract more than 80 data points.
