The Washington State Department of Licensing, a 1,200‑employee agency responsible for highway safety, vehicle and driver services, and licensing oversight across 66 offices, had purchased ACL data analytics but needed help automating compliance and audit tests. The ACL consultant delivered three automated Scripts (duplicate payments, driver licensing fraud detection, and an AP vs. HR cross‑check) — more than the single Script originally planned — enabling automated testing, faster results, and improved data access.
