Automotive Dealer Groups worked with Ackroo to grow revenue and improve member engagement through a rewards program across multiple dealership locations. Their challenge was to increase enrollment and drive more repeat business in both sales and service while encouraging customers to join and use the program.
Ackroo implemented a member rewards solution supported by in-store marketing POP, email, and direct mail, helping the dealer group average about 1,200 enrollments per month. The program delivered strong results: more than 58% of monthly transactions came from members, members spent over 40% more than non-members, service revenue from loyalty reached 58% in Q4, and total registered cards reached 124,216 of 124,242 in circulation. Ackroo also helped generate $3.3M in redeemed rewards from $21.3M funded since launch.
