Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, a consolidated local government in the state’s fourth largest city, needed a better way to manage monthly reporting after unifying city and county administrations. Its teams were relying on Word documents and long email threads from multiple departments, and the monthly reports to the Commission could run as long as 90 pages.

Macon-Bibb County turned to AchieveIt to automate data collection and standardize reporting across 14 departments, with help from the AchieveIt Customer Success team. The result was a more focused 12-page county manager report, public-facing dashboards for departments including the Macon-Bibb Fire Department and Public Works Department, and more transparency for citizens and leadership.
