Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, a consolidated local government in the state’s fourth largest city, needed a better way to manage monthly reporting after unifying city and county administrations. Its teams were relying on Word documents and long email threads from multiple departments, and the monthly reports to the Commission could run as long as 90 pages.
