A AchieveIt Case Study
Hospice Palliative Care Ontario is the provincial association supporting hospices, palliative care providers, professionals and volunteers across Ontario. Facing limited staff and funding while needing to operationalize strategic priorities, scale virtual training and member engagement during the pandemic, they partnered with AchieveIt and adopted AchieveIt’s Integrated Plan Management tools and training to help turn high-level strategy into coordinated, accountable action.
AchieveIt supported HPCO by providing tools, training and an execution framework to align teams and track progress, enabling rapid scaling of virtual programs and more consistent operational delivery. With that support, HPCO hosted over 2,500 meetings and logged 1.5 million Zoom minutes in the first pandemic year, has trained more than 9,000 volunteers since 2016, and contributed to sector growth from roughly 20 hospices (~200 beds, $11M funding) to 86 locations (~500 beds, $75M funding) — outcomes AchieveIt helped HPCO monitor and drive.
