A Texas Hospital System Achieves More Funding - Customer Case Study

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center faced a critical reporting challenge: its Office of Strategic Initiatives needed biannual evidence that 20 new initiatives were meeting key metrics across six medical campuses to secure more than $75 million in state and federal funding, but thousands of clinicians were focused on patient care and deprioritized reporting. AchieveIt helped TTUHSC create steering committees, map assignments in the AchieveIt Execution Insight Platform, and use features like MultiView, CriticalContext, SmartAlerts and MeetingManager to separate high-level planning from day-to-day execution. The solution launched in two months, put the university On-Track to complete DSRIP projects across all campuses, supported reporting that earned about $75 million in funding, and streamlined governance for initiatives that benefit roughly 2.5 million Texans.
