A ACGI Software Case Study
The Common Application Membership Association (CAMA), a nonprofit of more than 500 member institutions that supports the Common App, faced a growing, information‑intensive membership and annual profile process (a seven‑page form with 100+ fields) that was consuming staff time, producing data-quality issues, and threatening timely compliance as membership expanded (projected ~5% growth). To address these challenges CAMA worked with ACGI Software and its Association Anywhere AMS platform, including the Association Anywhere Submissions Management module, plus module configuration and custom development.
ACGI Software configured and integrated the Submissions Management module with Association Anywhere AMS, building back-end workflows, user-friendly web interfaces and automated processes (including board elections) to capture member data directly into the AMS. The result was dramatic staff‑time savings, improved data quality and compliance, higher member satisfaction, and the ability to manage year‑over‑year growth without increasing headcount—freeing staff to enhance the Common App and helping CAMA engage larger universities and improve financial performance.
