Reynolds Army Health Clinic at Fort Sill partnered with ACF Technologies to improve pharmacy operations and patient feedback collection. Facing heavy daily prescription volumes, long wait times, and a confusing survey process that limited patient input, the clinic needed a more efficient way to manage check-ins, refills, and service feedback.
ACF Technologies implemented Q-Flow and Q-Anywhere to enable remote check-in, mobile prescription refills, automated patient updates, and direct post-visit surveys. The results included a jump from just 9–10 surveys per month to 200–400, improved staff morale, faster workflows, better communication, and a smoother patient experience with fewer manual steps and less duplication of work.
