FUDEM, a Salvadoran non-profit visual health clinic with eight centers and mobile units, faced rapid growth—exceeding a thousand daily consultations—and needed to digitize appointment booking, queue management, and consolidate multiple paper forms into a single electronic medical record. ACF Technologies partnered with FUDEM, deploying its Q-Flow appointment and queue management system alongside the Viewmed patient-care tool to support electronic file creation and streamline patient intake.

ACF Technologies implemented Q-Flow progressively and customized the solution to incorporate FUDEM’s four clinical forms into Viewmed, enabling call-center booking, centralized electronic medical records, and arrival control.
