Florida Department of Health in Lake County partnered with ACF Technologies to modernize patient check-in and scheduling across its three clinic locations. Before the upgrade, the department relied on a paper sign-in process that created legibility problems, occasional missed sign-ins, and limited visibility into patient and staff information.
ACF Technologies implemented Q-Flow, including kiosks, multilingual patient journeys, Q-Anywhere remote check-in, and post-visit feedback surveys. The rollout was completed in just one to two days per clinic and has improved wait-time visibility, patient usability and control, system reliability, data accuracy, and the overall experience for both staff and patients, while also increasing patient feedback participation.
