Bergen Community College chooses Q-Flow to improve Student Experience

Bergen Community College, the largest community college in New Jersey with roughly 13,000 degree students and 5,800 continuing-education students, needed to eliminate lines, reduce wait times, and streamline student services across its Paramus, Hackensack, and Lyndhurst campuses. To meet these goals the college selected ACF Technologies’ Q-Flow online appointment scheduling and queue management solution to improve operations, manage visitor flow, and create a stress‑free on‑campus experience.

ACF Technologies implemented Q-Flow kiosks, virtual queues with SMS updates, digital signage, ticket printers, AD single sign‑on, calendar/appointment modules, and a mobile app with virtual check‑in (OABS) and SAML authentication to support a hybrid on‑campus/remote model. The tailored solution now supports more than 50 agents and includes six ticket printers, five self‑service kiosks, seven PA systems and 13 digital signs, helping Bergen CC cut unnecessary wait time and agent downtimes while significantly improving the student experience.
