Large Manufacturing and Distribution of Pure Essential oils, a global manufacturer and distributor of pure essential oils and natural wellness products serving over nine million advocates and customers across 86 countries (and more than three million independent distributors), faced pandemic-driven rules that required scheduled deliveries and strict control of the number of people and orders each partner could present at branches per hour. ACF Technologies was engaged to address this challenge using its Queue Management System (Q-Flow) to create a compliant, appointment-driven pickup process.
ACF Technologies implemented a personalized online appointment portal integrated with order counts and business rules (service-time tiers by order volume, next-day booking window, reception console validation, and end-of-day appointment downloads). The Q-Flow appointments system delivered clear operational gains: identification of people and orders per hour, increased productivity, better branch-specific insights, maintained branch capacity, reduced crowding, streamlined delivery handling and improved customer satisfaction and delivery/care capacity.
