The University of Pittsburgh’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) needed a robust registration, membership and reporting system to manage 270 five-week courses, 50 special events and roughly 13,000 annual registrations for its 50+ learner community. After evaluating vendors at national conferences, OLLI selected ACEware Systems and its Student Manager/ACEweb solution to meet required features for registration, membership auditing and comprehensive reporting, while also valuing responsive vendor communication during the RFP process.

ACEware Systems implemented Student Manager/ACEweb, provided webinars and two days of on-site training, and continues to offer hands-on support from staff including Lindsey, Sharon, Chuck and others. The rollout (launched April 12, 2016) enabled faster staff adoption, expanded membership features and access to broad reporting, and now supports OLLI’s 270 courses, 50 events and ~13,000 registrations annually — delivering a dramatic operational improvement and strong ongoing vendor support.
