The University Center of South Dakota’s OLLI program needed a comprehensive, budget-friendly registration system to handle many short courses and high member volume (507 courses and 900+ registrations annually). After evaluating 10 products, they chose ACEware Systems for its responsive support and the ACEweb Quick Pick web registration module that enables straightforward self-registration.

ACEware Systems implemented the ACEweb Quick Pick module and is providing webinar-based self-paced training plus a two-day onsite session for 6–10 staff and volunteers to prepare for a December 2018 launch. The solution streamlines sign-ups—supporting members who may register for 15–20 courses per term—while delivering measurable operational improvements (simpler, faster registration), responsive vendor support, and a final implementation within the University Center’s budget.
