Tri-County Technical College - Customer Case Study

Tri-County Technical College (TCTC) faced the common challenge of a small continuing education staff needing to coordinate complex registration, billing, and certification processes without letting single-person decisions disrupt others. To manage this, TCTC formed a cross-functional Student Manager Team that meets monthly and uses ACEware Systems’ Student Manager software to drive priorities, standardize procedures, and reduce paperwork and data inconsistencies.

Working with ACEware Systems and using Student Manager, TCTC implemented documented SM procedures, data‑cleanup standards, a testing protocol for updates, and centralized certificate production—reducing certificate printers from about 15 staff to one and adding an embossed seal to prevent fraud. ACEware Systems also provided on‑site training and ongoing support via its ListServ and support menus, resulting in clearer, faster cross‑functional decisions, improved data quality, and operational efficiencies (including ACEware-implemented product improvements originating from TCTC feedback).
