Security First Bank, a community-focused lender founded in 1898 with 29 branch locations and 10 insurance offices across Nebraska and South Dakota, faced the challenge of managing growing volumes of loan paperwork across more than 20 locations. To streamline lending operations and reduce paper dependence, the bank engaged AccuSystems and implemented the AccuAccount platform.
AccuSystems worked with Security First Bank on a focused plan that combined a dedicated scanning team (4–6 people), one-week per-branch backlog conversion, training for local Loan Servicing Specialists, and decentralized day-forward imaging. Using AccuSystems’ AccuAccount, the bank moved 20+ branches off paper within one year, cut file-retrieval time, improved loan quality and scalability, and positioned the bank to serve more customers more efficiently.
