Circle K’s Midwest business unit, responsible for roughly 615 stores across seven states, was struggling with inaccurate, fragmented site data and duplicate updates from a previous vendor. They needed a single, centralized site profile solution to manage photos, assets, signage specs and verify in-store quantities, so Circle K engaged AccuStore and its site profile management platform.

AccuStore implemented its centralized platform with audit tools, online surveys and Rules for signage, providing automatic database updates and accurate, store-level data. The online surveys cut required yard signs from 535 to 318 (a 35% reduction) and Rules reduced front door signs from 1,436 to 1,136 (a 21% reduction), removing print overages and delivering measurable savings in time, manpower and POP costs.
