Trueline Inc., a nearly 50-year-old manufacturer in La Crosse, Wisconsin, needed to build dies faster and more accurately with fewer mistakes. After struggling with an earlier 3D die design package, the company turned to Accurate Die Design Software’s Logopress3 to improve its die design workflow and better support its progressive stamping and tooling operations.

Accurate Die Design Software implemented Logopress3, replacing Trueline’s previous 3D die design system. The new software proved simpler to learn, more stable, and better suited to large, complex tools, helping Trueline reduce errors like missing or mismatched holes and catch issues earlier with tool animation and dynamic interference detection. As a result, Trueline says it now designs dies with greater detail in about 70% of the time it previously took in 2D, while also improving onboarding for new designers.
