Yellowhammer Roofing, based in Athens, Alabama, had been using AccuLynx since 2017 to centralize information and streamline internal processes, but its team still spent significant time manually updating material pricing for estimates. Because the company ordered most of its materials from QXO, production staff had to check the QXO website each week to update the AccuLynx Company Library, and pricing changes or stock issues sometimes caused estimate errors and delays.

In spring 2022, AccuLynx integrated QXO’s supply catalog into its platform, giving Yellowhammer Roofing real-time material costs, stock visibility, direct ordering, and order tracking without leaving AccuLynx. The result was faster, more accurate estimating and ordering, plus an average time savings of 3.5 hours per week.
