The Easton Volunteer Fire Department (EVFD) is a 120-member nonprofit serving about 13,000 residents in Easton, MD. Their administrator was creating purchase orders and extracting spending data manually while auditors demanded more detailed, professional financial reports—tasks made harder by an obsolete accounting system and limited volunteer time.
