Historic City Brings its Accounting Software up to Date

The City of Franklin, NH, a small municipal government with a proactive finance department, faced an aging accounting system that required extensive manual effort and lacked modern features like dynamic reporting. Concerned about cost and scalability, the city sought a modular, user-friendly solution that would let staff and department heads access and analyze budget and transaction details without expensive add-ons.
