BeadforLife is a Colorado non-profit that empowers women in Uganda to earn income by making jewelry and shea-butter products sold through an online store and community “Bead Parties,” which historically generated about 70% of the organization’s program funding. Managing roughly 1,500–1,800 parties a year strained staff: their legacy CRM only tracked customers and could not manage activities, automate party registrations or provide the reporting needed to scale.

BeadforLife implemented AccuFund CRM on the Salesforce/Force.com platform, adding automated party registration and confirmation emails, donor and activity tracking, online forms, and integrations with QuickBooks and VerticalResponse.
