Top National Retailing Company worked with Accucode to solve a major device-management challenge across thousands of stores in North America. As the retailer grew and adopted more networked technologies, it ended up with tens of thousands of devices spread across many groups and clusters, making manual management with spreadsheets increasingly unworkable.

Accucode designed and delivered a cloud-based administration tool to centralize control of the retailer’s networking software, hardware, and firmware configurations. The project included on-site audits, requirements gathering, data consolidation, and user training, resulting in more than 10,000 devices registered, reduced IT staff workload, improved service quality for store users, and operational efficiency and cost-saving goals being exceeded ahead of schedule.
