Large National Tire and Wheel Retailer, a nationwide retail chain, needed to replace a paper-based inventory process that caused major inventory variance, poor visibility, and weak customer service as it prepared to roll out SAP. To support the new ERP system, the company turned to Accucode for a wireless infrastructure and data collection solution that could improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Accucode implemented a complete inventory management and network solution, including wireless access points, mobile computers, thermal printers, installation services, and ongoing managed support across 935 locations in 29 states. The rollout deployed about 2,400 Cisco Meraki access points, 1,900 Zebra Motorola MC9190 mobile computers, and 900 Zebra GT800 printers, with under 5% of sites needing a return visit.
