AlphaSense Adopts Intacct's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution

AlphaSense, a financial research tool used by knowledge professionals worldwide, was using multiple accounting systems and relying heavily on Excel to consolidate its financials. Deferred revenue was managed outside the accounting system, and its earlier system could not adequately handle multiple entities or support the company’s planned growth. AlphaSense selected AcctTwo to help implement Intacct’s ERP solution.

AcctTwo implemented Intacct for AlphaSense to support multi-entity global operations, connect with Salesforce, and automate the order-to-cash process. AlphaSense said the time needed to handle revenue recognition, billings, royalties, commissions, and sales orders to invoices dropped to 1/10th of the previous time, while AcctTwo’s support team was described as excellent and always available.
