AcctTwo Implements Managed Accounting Services for Gravity Midstream

Gravity Midstream, a Houston-based midstream oil and gas company, moved its finance and accounting function to AcctTwo after struggling with the needs of a private equity backed start-up. It did not have an in-house finance and accounting team to support planned growth, multiple asset acquisitions, or its focus on expansion rather than hiring staff.

AcctTwo implemented managed accounting services on the Intacct ERP platform, giving Gravity Midstream enterprise-grade accounting without maintaining an internal finance team. AcctTwo said the setup provides real-time financial and operational insight through custom reports and dashboards, and Gravity Midstream’s CFO said the company could scale as transaction volumes change and gave AcctTwo “a 10 out of 10 across the board” for the implementation.
