AcctTwo Implements Intacct for Harvest Christian Fellowship

Harvest Christian Fellowship, a multi-site Texas church founded in 1988 in Plainview, Texas, needed better reporting and financial visibility as it expanded to three campuses and ministers to over 2,000 people each Sunday. Before working with AcctTwo, much of the finance team’s reporting was done in Excel, month-end close was tedious, and reports by location required a great deal of manual work.

AcctTwo implemented Intacct’s ERP and accounting software to improve reporting and integrate data from Fellowship One. The new system was expected to automate reports, reduce manual Excel work, and provide reporting by class, fund, and location, while Harvest Christian Fellowship said the implementation was the best it had seen through six technology projects.
