Production Associates, a live production and broadcast services company, was working with multiple entities, including some outside the US, and different financial systems across those entities. That made consolidation difficult, reduced visibility for finance and accounting, and created manual effort around inter-company transactions, vendor comparisons, and project profitability in different currencies. Production Associates chose AcctTwo and Intacct after a rigorous software evaluation.

AcctTwo implemented Intacct as a single financial management and ERP platform for Production Associates, giving the company consolidated reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and multi-currency capabilities. The company said being on one platform was a huge improvement and that Intacct would support real-time, customizable reports and integration with its proprietary software.
