Mighty Lift, a North American manufacturer and wholesaler of material handling equipment with warehouses in Oregon, Texas and Florida, needed a robust inventory-management solution that would work with their existing QuickBooks setup. Facing a large and growing SKU count and processes that required significant manual entry, Mighty Lift selected Acctivate to replace Simply Accounting and improve order, purchasing and warehouse management while keeping QuickBooks.

Acctivate was implemented across the business (12 employees use it daily) and delivered features such as Kitting, Drop Shipping, EDI integration and Serial Number Control. The solution eliminated much manual entry (EDI orders from Walmart import directly), cut PO creation to about 2–3 minutes, streamlined kitted sales orders, and gave traceable serial-numbered warranty tracking—resulting in faster purchasing and order fulfillment and simpler retail integrations thanks to Acctivate.
