Case Study: McDonald ATV achieves scalable inventory control and integrated e‑commerce with Acctivate

A Acctivate Case Study

Preview of the McDonald ATV Case Study

McDonald ATV - Customer Case Study

McDonald ATV, a wholesale distributor of after-market ATV and UTV parts with 11,000 part numbers and sales across all 50 U.S. states plus international markets, struggled when rapid growth pushed inventory beyond the limits of their legacy system. The old system could only retain about six months of sales history and couldn't support expanding e-commerce needs, so McDonald ATV turned to Acctivate and its Inventory Management Software.

Acctivate implemented a scalable inventory and warehouse management solution integrated with QuickBooks and web store platforms, enabling McDonald ATV to manage purchasing, e-commerce and inventory in one system. As a result, McDonald ATV now processes roughly 100 orders per day, stores all sales history in Acctivate since 2008 for better trend analysis, and supports a very large, weighty inventory—demonstrating clear improvements in operational capacity and data visibility.
