Focus Bikes, the U.S. distribution arm of the international bicycle manufacturer, needed an inventory control solution that would integrate with their existing QuickBooks Premier accounting system and handle multiple locations, assemblies, and shipping. After finding larger enterprise solutions unsuitable, Focus Bikes selected Acctivate to fill that role.
Acctivate was implemented to manage inventory, assemblies and customer orders—setting up parent and component parts so the U.S. office can assemble about eight bicycles a day and schedule production to meet open sales orders. Acctivate’s integrated customer management tools, ease of use (faster employee training), and responsive remote support have streamlined sales order handling and improved operational efficiency for Focus Bikes.
