Kind Snacks, a fast‑growing distributor of healthy snacks, faced mounting complexity as rapid expansion and multiple 3PLs outpaced QuickBooks’ single‑warehouse capabilities. To solve multi‑warehouse inventory and order processing challenges, Kind Snacks selected Acctivate Inventory Management Software, integrated with QuickBooks and connected to Magento and TrueCommerce.

Acctivate was implemented in about two to three months and became the company’s order‑processing front end, removing daily reliance on QuickBooks and enabling multi‑warehouse transactions, automated eCommerce and EDI. The solution scaled Kind Snacks’ web orders from roughly 10 to hundreds per day, expanded EDI trading partners from about 6–8 to ~65, and put Acctivate at the core of inventory control and order management, restoring control as the business continued to grow.
