Wolt, the Finnish food delivery and retail company, needed better real-time visibility across its global network of market and fulfillment locations to support food safety, compliance, energy reduction, and operational efficiency. As Wolt expanded rapidly across 26 countries and 500 cities, it turned to Accruent and its Observe product to help monitor temperature, humidity, and equipment conditions in a scalable way.

Accruent implemented a low-cost, portable remote monitoring solution with a seven-point plan using Observe, including interactive floor plans and instant alerts for temperature or energy issues. The pilot is already helping Wolt make better decisions, prevent equipment failures, and send teams directly to problem areas, with plans to expand the solution across Greece and then more of the business.
