Bengal Energy is an Australian oil and gas explorer and producer operating in remote parts of Queensland’s Cooper Basin. With a small local footprint and only a single SharePoint instance, the team needed a robust, cloud-based document control system that worked over satellite (Starlink), preserved corporate knowledge, supported remote normally unmanned operations, and made compliance with the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act easy to demonstrate.

Bengal partnered with Accruent to implement RedEye as a single source of truth, migrating about 650 artifacts and improving metadata for intuitive search. The platform delivers secure mobile access via Starlink, simple contractor sharing, clear version control, faster document retrieval for regulators, and reduced rework — giving Bengal a scalable foundation to grow and integrate future assets.
