A Accruent Case Study
UC Riverside, a public land-grant research university in Riverside, California, was struggling to manage maintenance and report key asset information to the state because much of its data was being tracked manually in binders across campus. The university needed a better way to organize work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset records, and it turned to Accruent’s FAMIS 360 to help solve the problem.
Accruent implemented FAMIS 360 modules for work orders, projects, schedules, assets, and bulk uploading, giving UC Riverside a centralized system for reporting, maintenance planning, and asset tracking. As a result, the university improved compliance reporting and funding eligibility, streamlined preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and costs, and gained better visibility into recurring issues and asset history.
