Helzberg implemented Accruent’s cloud-based Store Lifecycle Management platform, deploying all modules, performing a full data conversion, and building nine integrations while training two dedicated super‑users to configure the system. The cloud rollout eliminated the legacy lease system and dozens of disparate tools, went live quickly (lease payments on the new system within five months), was delivered on time and under budget, and provided a single, FASB‑ready source of truth for their real‑estate operations.
