Dunea supplies drinking water to about 1.3 million residents in South Holland, producing roughly 73 billion liters annually. When ownership of engineering drawings moved from Engineering to Production and Distribution, the company had to import analog archives and microfiches, reconfigure Meridian workflows, and give a growing number of contractors visibility into documents.

Dunea expanded Meridian across departments and integrated it with Ultimo to link asset tags directly to engineering documents, ensuring the right files are available to Maintenance, project teams, and contractors. About 170 staff now access essential documentation, leading to optimized engineering change processes, increased information accessibility, streamlined collaboration, improved project visibility, and sustained license-to-operate.
