Accruent's solution involved a comprehensive overhaul of the hospital's TMS database, including standardizing procedures, implementing mass edits, and utilizing the Quick Convert tool. The hospital moved to TMS OnLine, deployed mobile devices with the Sidekick app, and installed large monitors for real-time work order visibility. As a result of working with Accruent, the facilities department achieved a 99% paperless system at its flagship campus, with four other locations reaching at least 80% paperless. This digital transformation also enabled the implementation of automated Joint Commission virtual binders, greatly improving compliance and technician productivity.
