Thermatic Technical, part of the Thermatic engineering group, provides HVACR services to large multi-site commercial customers across the UK. As the business grew, its Sage 50 accounting system struggled with thousands of monthly transactions, slow reporting, and limitations around cloud access and scalability, prompting Thermatic to look for a better finance platform. AccountsIQ was chosen as the cloud-based accounting solution, with the added need to integrate with their operational software, Joblogic.

AccountsIQ implemented an open-API, cloud finance system that supported rapid go-live, easy onboarding of new entities, and one-click consolidated group reporting. Thermatic says reporting now takes about one tenth of the time it did in Sage, while also improving confidence in system speed and reliability.
