The Wisconsin Hospitality Group (WHG) is a restaurant-management company operating 118 restaurants across Wisconsin, including 40 Applebee’s locations. Facing industry-high turnover and onboarding roughly 4,800 new hires a year, WHG needed a training solution that integrated with its company portal, smaller data sites and back-end systems while providing simple, reliable reporting to support the company’s focus on accountability.
WHG selected Accord LMS in 2011, implemented a 5,000-user license in under two weeks, and integrated the LMS with its CMS, POS and HR systems so employee accounts and role-based course catalogs are created automatically.
