Jobson Optical Group, a leading provider of news, research and training for the global eye care industry, needed a scalable way to deliver onboarding and non‑accredited training for partners whose offices face high employee turnover. With 13 years of continuing‑education experience but no prior LMS, Jobson sought an affordable, flexible platform that could host branded partner portals, support Single Sign‑On, and provide strong vendor support.

Jobson chose Accord LMS and built an onboarding program, “The First 90 Days,” using SCORM modules created in PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate, delivered via branded partner portals with centralized reporting and SSO.
