IMARC Research is a Cleveland-area contract research organization serving the medical device and biotech industries that provides monitoring, auditing and training for clinical research professionals. As demand for its training grew beyond in-person and phone/web sessions, IMARC needed an affordable, intuitive learning management system that could scale with uncertain growth and support e‑commerce for selling courses, but had no prior LMS experience.

IMARC selected Accord LMS, whose team helped define a training technology strategy before contract signing and had the system live within two weeks. IMARC converted existing content to SCORM via Adobe Captivate, now delivers courses through an online catalogue and e‑commerce site, and can support learner populations from 200 to 200,000. The platform cut upload/delivery/tracking from hours to minutes, increased visibility of IMARC’s offerings and enabled both individual and organizational sales.
