Health Prime International, a Maryland-based medical billing and healthcare technology firm that grew from about 30 to over 500 employees across the U.S. and India, needed to standardize and scale employee and client training to meet regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, ICD‑10) and ensure consistent revenue-cycle and care‑management processes. Their legacy LMS could not scale or provide reliable reporting to prove timely completion of required training.
