Classical Conversations is a global nonprofit that supports homeschooling families by training parent-tutors to lead small classroom communities. Rapid expansion — driven by high tutor turnover (about 50% annual increase in new tutors) and growing learner numbers — left the organization managing thousands of learners with spreadsheets and unable to reliably deliver, track and report on live and supplemental training across devices.

Working with Accord LMS, Classical Conversations built a custom portal using Accord’s CMS and Learning Pathways with Single Sign‑On and in‑page help, delivering over 7,000 online learning elements plus tracked live training to PC and mobile users. The LMS halved onboarding time, enabled automated and customizable reports for executives, supported growth from 2,000 to 10,000 learners, and provided enterprise features and responsive vendor support without added cost.
