Tiffany & Co. needed to localize its “Welcome to the World of Tiffany” eLearning training video so new hires in international markets could experience the brand in a culturally relevant way. The challenge was adapting a timed corporate training video with branding-focused content, voice talent, and pronunciation choices while preserving the original look and feel. Acclaro supported the project with localization services for the training video, including translation and audio adaptation.
Acclaro solved the challenge by dubbing the video for overseas markets and carefully selecting voice talent to match Tiffany’s desired tone and energy in each language. Acclaro also defined pronunciation guidelines in advance to streamline studio recording and keep the timed translations aligned with onscreen action.
