Management Concepts, a leading provider of workforce development and performance training, needed a better way to streamline instructor scheduling and give its resource management team a dedicated tool to track instructor availability. To solve this challenge, it worked with accessplanit and its training management software to simplify scheduling and centralize key information.

accessplanit implemented a flexible solution that let Management Concepts check availability in-record, customize filters, and allow instructors to accept or decline assignments by email, with responses tracked in smart grids. Although still in implementation, Management Concepts expects scheduling time to drop by up to 80%, reducing weekly hours spent from 180–240 to about 120–140, while also improving support for instructor self-service and reducing admin effort.
